Here’s a treat for the alliteration enthusiasts out there: Tidy Uncommon Video games has revealed that it is bringing snekflat’s unique and excellent exploration game Little Terry’s Turbo Outing to Switch on February 13th. Amazing!
This title debuted on Steam last year and has since garnered numerous ‘Overwhelmingly Positive‘ reviews. In this adventure, you take on the role of Terry, a wobbly little fellow who aspires to soar into space in a vehicle of his own creation (we’ve all been there before). To achieve this, Terry navigates the town of Sprankelwater, interacting with locals, getting into mischief, catching bugs, and gathering ‘TURBO JUNK’ to turn his dreams into reality.
Sprankelwater appears to be a delightful tiny ‘open world’ ready for you to explore, and based on the aforementioned trailer, we anticipate a good dose of humor will be included along the way, featuring witty writing and appropriately surreal visuals.
You can discover more about the game’s main features and view some screenshots below:
– Explore a densely packed, small open world city at your own pace and in any way you prefer. Slowly, quickly, on foot, by car, or by paraglider! The choice is yours.
– Experience a wholesome narrative through hilarious interactions with the peculiar residents of Sprankelwater.
– Collect TURBO JUNK and upgrade the performance of Terry’s personal vehicle.
– Catch bugs, dig holes, crash cars, get rich, and wear hats.
– Enjoy a cheerful and heartwarming soundtrack from the composer of Wuppo.
Those looking for a bit of Untitled Goose Game-style whimsy should definitely keep an eye out for this one when it launches next month.
