“Frigid Fest: Splatoon 3’s Winter Splatfest and Exciting Free Gear Await!”

Monthly Splatfests are now a thing of the past for Splatoon 3 today, but Nintendo continues to keep seasonal events alive. With Splatoween out of the way, the next event on the calendar is Frosty Fest, a festive celebration set to land in the Splatlands next month.

As announced in a tweet by @NintendoUK, the Frosty Fest Splatfest will kick off from 11th-12th January 2025 (depending on your location), with this edition’s theme asking ‘What would make you the happiest?‘ Participants will choose between three reward-based teams: Team Money, Experiences, and Items, all competing for your support.
