Gather your squad, marine

Today, developer Saber Interactive has unveiled its Datavault update for Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2, and it is a thoroughly impressive overall update. The new PvP mode ‘Tomb’ is the highlight among the fresh features, which also includes a challenging new mission stage and some additional content for SM2.
This ‘Absolute’ mission, as it’s termed, is the sixth and final mission environment in Space Marine 2 – designed to test your skills as a marine. The developers have outlined all the new content in a sort of ‘roadmap,’ which we will provide below:
As you can see in the image above, Season Pass holders for Space Marine 2 are also getting some fresh treats. We now have the ‘Raven Guard Aesthetic Pack’ and ‘Salamanders Champion Pack’ – together these add a new helmet, skins, and over 40 cosmetic items for fans to enjoy.
On the subject of enjoyment – we had an incredible experience with this game upon its release last September. We must admit that we have not kept up with the post-launch updates quite as carefully, but the Datavault content drop seems like a fantastic opportunity to dive back into PvP and enjoy some intense Space Marine action.
