Exciting Free Beta Access for Xbox Gamers This Weekend!

We all recognize that the Pure Xbox team enjoys giveaways, and we strive to present them to you!

Now, let’s explore three complimentary Xbox betas that are available over the upcoming days – with the highlight being Capcom’s Monster Hunter Wilds. You can easily join the Monster Hunter Wilds Beta Test via the Xbox Store right now, with the testing commencing at 7pm PT / 10pm ET / 3am GMT on February 6/7, and concluding at the same time on Sunday / Monday.

If you miss it for any reason, this same beta will also take place a week later from February 14-17.

“Due to requests from players who could not join in the first instance or simply want to participate again, we’ve opted to conduct a second open beta test. OBT 2 introduces some fresh content to experience, as well as new rewards for participation, which can be unlocked in the full version. We hope you consider joining.”

The second playtest available this weekend is for 33 Immortals – the upcoming Xbox Game Pass roguelike. While it is not a brand-new test (it has been live for a few weeks), the team has decided to extend its duration until February 14th.

A similar scenario applies to the event game Belly Bumpers, which has quietly offered a playtest for the last month. There are no indications that it will end anytime soon, so you can participate without charge this weekend if you wish.

Both 33 Immortals and Belly Bumpers can also be found within the free Xbox Insider Hub on your Xbox console. There, you can discover additional tests for other games, including the Patch 8 stress test for Baldur’s Gate 3 owners.

There is plenty more to explore beyond just these three betas, though. As we’ve mentioned earlier this week, we’ve seen several fantastic free demos added to the Xbox Store recently, including PGA Tour 2K25 just a few days ago. We have been enjoying the demo here at Pure Xbox repeatedly, and we’re having a great time with it so far!

Don’t forget about Xbox Free Play Days either. Several elements of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 are free to experience through this program over the next few days, while you can also play NBA 2K25 and try a free trial of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants Unleashed.
