Voldex Expands Its Portfolio with the Acquisition of Popular Roblox Game Brookhaven

User-generated content (UGC) studio Voldex has acquired the Roblox lifestyle simulation game Brookhaven.
According to Pocket Gamer, the game was purchased for an undisclosed amount, financed by investment capital led by Raine Partners. The acquisition also saw contributions from Makers Fund, QIA, MIT, Tirtra Ventures, and Lalotte Ventures.
Additionally, Voldex secured debt financing from Shamrock Capital, along with participation from Ares Management Credit funds and Cadma Capital Partners.
