UK Charts: Pokémon Legends: Z-A Sales Almost 50/50 Across Switch And Switch 2
The most recent UK Charts statistics are available, and as anticipated, Pokémon Legends Z-A has successfully clinched the leading position this week following its launch on 16th October 2025.
Physical sales were nearly identical in the initial week, with the Switch 2 Edition securing 51% and the original Switch version 49%. According to The Game Business’ Chris Dring, cumulative boxed sales are also 40% diminished in comparison to Pokémon Legends: Arceus.
It is evident that we can’t have a complete view without digital sales figures, which Nintendo regrettably does not share. It’s probable that Z-A has witnessed significantly higher sales on the Switch eShop compared to Arceus, which could also distort the overall platform distribution. One to bear in mind.
In other news, Just Dance 2026 Edition is, well… present. Making its entry at number 16, it marks yet another installment in Ubisoft’s enduring franchise that will likely perform steadily for the company until the next version releases in 2026. Such is life.
