If executed successfully, this could establish a realm in which all users with a Razer ID account are confirmed as humans, thereby enhancing “trust and security in the digital realm,” according to Razer.
“Fair play begins with genuine players, and Razer ID’s capacity to integrate into games to facilitate ‘human-only’ gameplay modes is crucial for promoting fair competition and a more reliable gaming environment,” the company stated.
Various games are suffering due to bot issues, such as Team Fortress 2. Despite efforts to resolve these problems, they continue to affect this game and others.
Gamers require a verified World ID account for this process, which necessitates scanning their passport or visiting an Orb location in the physical world to have their face scanned and generate a new iris code.
