The Inventors Of Nintendo’s Switch On-line Playtest Seem To Enjoy Been Revealed

Nintendo’s Switch Online Playtest Program faced challenges with leaks during its launch last year, and it seems the creators behind this concept have now been revealed.

According to a new patent circulating, the talented minds leading this playtest include Yusuke Amano, Tsubasa Sakaguchi, Masaki Wada, and Shinya Yano.

As pointed out by Nintendo Everything, Amano and Sakaguchi were the directors of the original Splatoon game on the Wii U (later transitioning to Nintendo Labo), while Wada and Yano served as programmers for the Ring Fit Adventure. Additionally, Amano contributed to Splatoon 2‘s ‘Octo Expansion‘ DLC.
