If you’ve commenced the game and aren’t exactly clear on how to access any of this yet, we’ll update you on what the items entail and where to find them.
What are the pre-order and Deluxe Edition extras for Silent Hill f?
If you pre-order any edition of Silent Hill f, you’ll receive the following:
- White Sailor School Uniform – This outfit can be donned by the main protagonist.
- Omamori [Peony] – This item provides minor health recovery when collecting food particulars while equipped.
- Item Box – This includes two healing items and one offering item, which can be exchanged for a unique currency known as Faith.
When you purchase the Deluxe Edition, you’ll acquire the following:
- Pink Rabbit Costume – This outfit can be worn by the main character.

How to claim pre-order and Deluxe Edition extras in Silent Hill f
You will automatically receive the White Sailor School Uniform (pre-order incentive) and Pink Rabbit Costume (Deluxe Edition incentive) once you start a new game—assuming you pre-ordered and/or acquired the Deluxe Edition, of course. Prior to the game’s commencement, you’ll be able to select which of these to wear, and you can change outfits at any point by visiting a Hokora (shrine) in-game and selecting “Change Costume”.
To access your additional pre-order items, however, you must progress a little through the initial section of Silent Hill f. You will reach a moment where you exit a house through a window and drop from a rooftop, after which you will be instructed to return to the general store while evading foes. While navigating back through this area, you will pass by a Hokora. From this moment, the Bonuses tab should automatically unlock upon accessing one of these shrines. Open the Bonuses tab to collect all your pre-order items.
Silent Hill f is currently available on PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC.
