By Joining Dr. Eggman at the beginning of next year
If you haven’t seen it yet, SHINOBI: Art of Vengeance is set to receive Sega Villains Stage DLC next year, which will include Joe Musashi battling legendary villains from previous titles.
In August, we learned that Sonic’s Dr. Eggman would be the initial antagonist, and now Sega and Lizardcube have unveiled the second character. It’s Death Adder – the intimidating giant from the Golden Axe franchise. Here’s a preview:
“The katana contrasts with the axe. Joe Musashi will confront another iconic SEGA Antagonist – Death Adder, the formidable giant from the Golden Axe franchise. Compete against him, Dr. Eggman, and another enigmatic foe in the SEGA Villains Stage DLC for SHINOBI: Art of Vengeance.”
As previously noted, these two villains will be accompanied by an additional mysterious guest antagonist. They are anticipated to arrive in early 2026. This announcement follows last week’s game enhancement. This specific update improved the Nintendo Switch resolution and also resolved a few issues.
