The beloved PS1 RPGs Suikoden I and II will make their return in just about a week through a remastered collection for Nintendo Switch, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Suikoden I & II HD Remaster is set to launch on March 6, and the Day One physical edition is currently available for preorder at major retailers, including Best Buy, Amazon, and Walmart.

The Suikoden I & II HD Remaster is available in a special Day One edition. This version includes several extras, such as immediate access to in-game items like the Prosperity Orb and Fortune Orb, which double the amount of gold and experience you earn from battles, respectively. Players also receive a bonus of 57,300 Potch, the in-game currency.
While these Orb items can be found within the game, they’re notoriously difficult to obtain, making their immediate availability a valuable benefit for gamers who don’t want to spend excessive time grinding for Potch and XP.
The in-game bonuses are unique to the Day One edition of Suikoden I & II HD Remaster. Day One editions often remain available for purchase on launch day, though sometimes they sell out before release, resulting in a regular edition taking its place.

Suikoden I & II HD Remaster features enhanced versions of both Suikoden I and II. The remasters include HD sprites and backgrounds, upgraded sound effects, and quality of life improvements like auto-saving, adjustable combat speeds, and a dialogue log for reviewing previous conversations.
