Prior to the release of One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4: Nintendo Switch 2 Edition this week, Bandai Namco has unveiled several new trailers for Character Pass 3 DLC No. 7 (Future Island Egghead Pack), set to debut on the same date as this specific launch.
Once more, the upgrade pack will be at no cost for current Switch players upon its release on 21st November 2025.

Alongside a fresh trailer this week, Bandai Namco has verified that One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4: Nintendo Switch 2 Edition will embark on 21st November 2025.
This will again be a complimentary upgrade pack for current holders of the Switch edition. On the same day, Character Pass 3 DLC No. 7 (featuring Future Island Egghead Pack +3 New Costumes, and an additional special move for Shanks) will be available, followed by DLC No. 8 in early 2026.

Original Story: Enthusiasts of the enduring anime and manga franchise One Piece can anticipate One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition.
The Switch 2 variant was unveiled during the most recent Nintendo Direct presentation, with a brief trailer indicating it will be released in fall 2025.
This edition will feature improved graphics, additional foes, and the opportunity to recruit new characters in the forthcoming DLCs. According to Nintendo’s official press statement, the Switch 2 upgrade pack will also be free for current owners of the Switch version.
