Welcome back, New Super Mario Bros.
The Switch Online mobile application Nintendo Music has received an update featuring yet another soundtrack themed around Super Mario.
This time, it highlights the New Super Mario Bros. compilation from the DS era. This platform game was initially launched in 2006, and the new update incorporates “all tracks” from this title. It encompasses a total of 60 tracks, with a duration of 1 hour and 20 minutes.
To enjoy this music on the app, you need to possess either the Android or iOS version of the app, in addition to an active Switch Online subscription. Some of the current DS compilations available on the Nintendo Music platform include Nintendogs and Tomodachi Collection.
Besides these weekly enhancements to the Nintendo Music app, Nintendo has also been modernizing its digital retro collections. Later this week, on 30th October 2025, the original Luigi’s Mansion will be added to the GameCube’s Nintendo Classics collection. The soundtrack for this game was also incorporated into the Nintendo Music service earlier this year.
