As per a report from Insider Gaming, various sources have stated that Nintendo has devised a three-phase plan for the launch of the Nintendo Switch 2 this year. Phase one begins with the launch of the Switch 2 in June, which is anticipated to be backed by several first-party Nintendo titles, including the forthcoming Mario Kart game, which was revealed during the announcement trailer. June is also when more developers will receive Switch 2 development kits. Analyst Daniel Ahmad clarified on X that many developers already possess Switch 2 development kits, with Nintendo simply increasing the distribution in June.
