Could we get a release for Switch 2, please?
Team Ninja, PlatinumGames, and Xbox Game Studios have recently introduced Ninja Gaiden 4, the newest installment in the 3D hack and slash franchise.
Although fans of Switch 2 won’t be able to partake in the fun (for the time being…), we can at least appreciate the beautiful new visuals shared by Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound publisher Dotemu. Designed by David Liu, it features the main characters from this year’s notable Ninja Gaiden titles: Kenji Mozu, Kumori, Yakumo, and of course, Ryu Hayabusa.
Pretty impressive, right? We remain moderately hopeful that Ninja Gaiden 4 will eventually be available on Switch 2, but we will make do with this for now.
In the meantime, Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound is an excellent 2D addition to the series from the renowned developer The Game Kitchen. While it faces some frame rate challenges on the original Switch, players on Switch 2 can enhance the performance up to 60fps, resulting in an exceptional experience.

To celebrate the launch of Ninja Gaiden 4, Ragebound players can also enjoy the campaign with a complimentary Yakumo skin, which is nice.
It has also recently been revealed that Tomonobu Itagaki has unfortunately passed away at the age of 58. Itagaki is the renowned creator of the Dead or Alive franchise and was primarily responsible for Ninja Gaiden’s 3D resurgence.
