Longlegs follows FBI Agent Lee Harker, who is assigned to pursue a serial murderer. Yet, the situation takes a more sinister turn as she starts uncovering peculiar clues that lead her toward…
something of mystical beginnings. What ensues is a gripping pursuit to prevent the murderer from striking again, with stellar performances from Maika Monroe and Nicolas Cage, creating a haunting narrative that lingers with you well after the film concludes. The movie grossed nearly $130 million during its theatrical release and maintains generally positive feedback on Metacritic (GameSpot’s sister site), largely due to Nicolas Cage’s unnerving portrayal.
