The $20 (previously $30) standard edition includes the remastered titles on disc or cartridge, packaged in a standard plastic case.
Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver debuted in 1999 on PS1, while the sequel was released early in the PS2’s lifecycle in 2001. Situated in The Land of Nosgoth, Soul Reaver chronicles the journey of the vampire-turned-wraith Raziel as he seeks revenge against his creator—and the main character of the inaugural Legacy of Kain game, Blood Omen—the vampire Lord Kain.
The remasters offer a feature to toggle between the original and updated visuals instantly, alongside various adjustments to the gameplay. However, the fundamental gameplay, narrative, and voice performances remain unaltered. Alongside the games, this collection comprises archival behind-the-scenes content and additional bonus features.

Soul Reaver 1&2 Remastered launched digitally in December 2024. After a delay, Aspyr released both standard and Deluxe physical editions on July 11, 2025.
