Following the initial revelation of these Super Mario Halloween icons, they are now officially accessible. You can claim them from now until 3rd November 2025. Each icon requires 10 Platinum Points, while borders and backgrounds are priced at 5 Platinum Points. Here’s another glimpse:
Original Story: We’ve officially entered the eerie season, and in addition to an eShop discount, it seems Nintendo will also be providing some Halloween icons.
These icons will become available on 28th October, and you will need a Switch Online membership to claim them. As depicted, there’s Mario dressed as a pumpkin, and the entire Super Mario ensemble is joining him with their unique themed costumes.
As per tradition, these icons will cost you 10 Platinum Points each, with backgrounds and frames set at 5 Platinum Points each. This follows some NSO Icons for Mario’s Super Picross earlier this month. You can view these specific icons in our prior post.
In addition, Nintendo will also be commemorating Halloween in games like Splatoon 3. Numerous other titles are also participating in the festivities, with events and updates.
