“A multitude of other third-party titles are under consideration or will be arriving on Switch 2. One game expected within the launch period is from Ubisoft, and it will be Assassin’s Creed Mirage.”
RUMORED: Assassin’s Creed Shadows
“From my perspective, Assassin’s Creed Shadows is one of those ongoing ports that simply won’t be finished in time for launch and likely won’t make the launch window.”
RUMORED: Halo: The Master Chief Collection
“Anticipate a plethora of Microsoft titles on Switch 2 and PS5 as we progress, but I have heard that Flight Simulator and Halo: Master Chief Collection are two games expected to arrive in 2025.”
RUMORED: Microsoft Flight Simulator
RUMORED: Hi-Fi Rush
“Microsoft is set to be a significant supporter of the Switch 2 upon its release, porting and updating the existing Switch titles. Therefore, games like Grounded, Pentiment, and the Ori series will likely transition to Switch 2, enhanced with 4K support, and I wouldn’t be astonished if you see Sea of Thieves, and perhaps Hi-Fi Rush, also make their way over.”
RUMORED: Ori and the Blind Forest
RUMORED: Ori and the Will of the Wisps
RUMORED: Sea of Thieves
RUMORED: Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle and Sparks of Hope
“[We] had previously launched a Mario Rabbids game [on Switch], so by introducing another we ended up with two comparable experiences on a single system. On Nintendo, titles like these never fade away. There are 25 Mario games on Switch. Nintendo [has indicated] that it’s preferable to make one version for each console. We were a bit premature; we ought to have postponed until [the next console]. You could enjoy a fantastic game. And we believe it will endure for 10 years, as we intend to upgrade it for the forthcoming machine.”
“There was also some thought regarding a Mario + Rabbids collection, combining both games in one package.”
RUMORED: 3D Mario Game
RUMORED: Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater
“I’ve heard that additional third-party titles include Metal Gear Solid Delta, which is scheduled for release in 2025. Presently, it doesn’t have a launch date across all platforms, and I remain optimistic that it will possibly launch simultaneously with Switch 2.”
RUMORED: Rainbow Six Siege
“I’ve been informed that Ubisoft is developing over six games for Switch 2, and many of them will be late ports. These span across various franchises, including The Division and Rainbow Six Siege.”
RUMORED: The Division
Note: It’s not yet determined which Division game–or games–will transition to Switch 2.
