Big title Wars: Hunters to be sundown later this year
The team-based arena shooter Star Wars: Hunters is set to be discontinued less than a year after its release.
Created by Zynga and its subsidiary NaturalMotion, the no-cost game’s servers are expected to be taken offline on October 1, 2025. The game will continue to be available for download until that date.
“We recognize that this announcement may be upsetting, and we want to reassure you that this choice was not taken lightly,” the developer stated on its website.
“Your enthusiasm and commitment to the game and its community have been invaluable to us, and we are dedicated to keeping you informed with updates throughout this transition.”
Season 5 of Star Wars: Hunters will be extended by three weeks, commencing on March 25, 2025.
The final update for all platforms, including Switch, iOS, and Android
