One thing to keep you occupied this weekend

As if the plethora of Xbox Free Play Days options weren’t sufficient, Bandai Namco is presenting a special opportunity for Xbox fans this weekend with a complimentary “Open Network Test” for the forthcoming shooter, SYNDUALITY Echo of Ada.

This title is particularly characterized as a “PvPvE sci-fi extraction shooter” set to launch at £34.99 / $39.99 on January 23rd, and the test allows participants to preview it at no cost – it will be available until early December 20th for most users.

To get started, all you need to do is find the “SYNDUALITY Echo of Ada Open Network Test” page on the Xbox Store, click the download button, and start playing! Please note that there is currently no Xbox One version of this game.

We will share a few more vital features regarding SYNDUALITY Echo of Ada below, accompanied by screenshots. You can also check out the official trailer above, showcasing 11 minutes of footage about what to expect from the game.

“SYNDUALITY Echo of Ada is set in the year 2222, years after a mysterious toxic rainfall known as The Tears of the New Moon has devastated much of humanity and spawned monstrous beings that now prey on survivors. In the midst of this disaster, humans establish an underground sanctuary called Amasia, where they discover and start to interact with types of artificial intelligence referred to as Magus.”

“In the game, participants will take on the role of Drifters, individuals who earn their living gathering AO crystals, a scarce resource found on Earth. In this journey, they must confront xenomorphic foes called Enders while relying on Magus, their AI companions, to assist them in navigation, combat, and to offer guidance, tips, and alerts.”
