If you have been anticipating a full-feature version of Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp for mobile, you are in luck, as Nintendo has ultimately responded to your requests with a premium edition of the beloved mobile game.
Now available at a promotional price of $9.99 / £8.99, Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete eliminates all monetization features present in the previous version of the game, enabling you to unlock everything through in-game progress. After January 31, 2025, the game’s price will increase to $19.99 / £17.99, so don’t hesitate if you’re eager to download it.
Nintendo announced that it plans to discontinue support for Pocket Camp in October, and they followed through with that promise on November 28, 2024. Returning players who choose to purchase the new Complete edition have the option to carry over their existing characters and progress; however, starting anew is also available if you prefer.
The premium ‘Leaf Tickets’ currency has been removed along with the monthly paid subscription service ‘Pocket Camp Club’. Leaf Tokens can now be earned through gameplay, and several features that were once exclusive to Pocket Camp Club can now be accessed freely.
Events and new items will continue to be available in Pocket Camp Complete until at least September 2025.
