Marvel Rivals burst onto the scene in early 2024 and has maintained its momentum ever since. While codes for bonuses in NetEase’s hero shooter are limited, the developer has a history of offering rewards such as complimentary skins in the past.

Free Marvel Rivals skins
In addition to codes, there are various ways to obtain free Rivals skins. In the past, there have been giveaways, Twitch drops, and platform-exclusive freebies. During Season 0, PlayStation users could acquire the Peni Parker VEN#m skin, an MVP animation, spray, and nameplate through the PS-exclusive bundle, which also included 300 Chrono Tokens to spend in the in-game store on items of your choosing.
Marvel Rivals Twitch drops are available for a limited time and reward you merely for watching your favorite creator stream the game on Twitch. Currently, the active Marvel Rivals Twitch drops are running from March 13 to April 3, providing the following rewards:
- Adam Warlock Spray – Watch for half an hour
- Adam Warlock Nameplate – Watch for one hour
- Adam Warlock Skin – Watch for four hours
To claim these Twitch drops, ensure your Twitch account is linked to your Marvel Rivals account by visiting the official website. Then, once you’ve met the above criteria, log in to your Twitch inventory and claim your rewards. The next time you log into Marvel Rivals, your rewards will be in your inbox. Any streamer participating in Marvel Rivals within the correct category who has enabled drops will count towards your progress, and you don’t need to watch the same streamer for the entire duration to qualify for the free items. If you’re uncertain how long you have been hoping for, you can check your Twitch inventory for your progress percentage.
Another way to earn free skins is by actively participating in the game. Once you progress far enough in the free version of the battle pass, you will likely start collecting the in-game currency, Chrono Tokens. Currently, 400 Chrono Tokens can get you the Peni Parker Blue Tarantula or Scarlet Witch Emporium Matron skins from the battle pass pages, which change each season. Additionally, if you engage in the ranked mode of the game and achieve gold status by the end of the season, you can also receive the Invisible Girl B skin.
