Activision disables anti-cheat “workaround” that unfairly centered respectable players

Activision says it has “disabled a workaround” to a cheat detection machine in Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone that was once incorrectly specializing in some “reliable” players.
In a message posted to X/Twitter, Activision acknowledged it had now carried out “an examination of [its] techniques” and “restored all accounts” that had been impacted.
