
ESA Says Bill Pushing For Offline Versions Of Live-Service Games Would Hurt Developers
The Entertainment Software Association is contesting new legislation in California that would mandate developers of online games that are discontinuing to provide extensive notice in advance, issue refunds, and enable their games to be played offline.
