Automation Open World Arknights: Endfield Outlines Its PS5 Technical Test Before Christmas 1

A significant new beta trial for the forthcoming automation open-world Arknights: Endfield is set to commence on PC and mobile starting 28th November, but it will persist on the PS5 from 12th December.

This testing phase will encompass an estimated 50 to 60 hours of gameplay in a preliminary work-in-progress format, leading up to the title’s launch in early 2026. Any progress achieved will be erased once the servers shut down at a yet-to-be-determined date.

In contrast to earlier beta versions, developer Mountain Countour has entirely rewritten the narrative from the ground up. They’ve also incorporated new cutscenes to enhance its revamped storyline and an entirely new area to discover.

For those who are unfamiliar with the game, it is essentially Genshin Impact mixed with Satisfactory. A major element of the game involves constructing automation facilities capable of processing resources that can subsequently be used to upgrade your characters. It might seem intricate but enjoyable.

This is how the press release characterizes the game:

“Set within the realm of the popular mobile game Arknights, Arknights: Endfield presents a new engaging narrative along with a pioneering world filled with exploration, real-time combat, and base construction. Players will lead teams of up to four operators, all of whom will engage in battles concurrently, facilitating skill combinations, elemental synergies, and other coordinated tactics.”

Registrations for the beta have now concluded, and you can find out if you were chosen to take part on the game’s official site.

We’re eager to gain access through publisher Gryphline, so we should be able to share some insights during the holiday season.
