Update []: Gear.Club Unlimited 3 was slated to race onto the Switch 2 in 2025, but it’s allegedly been postponed.
Racing simulator site Traxion contacted Nacon after observing multiple retailer listings for the Switch 2 version were intended for early next year and has been informed “a launch date has not yet been established”.
If there’s an official statement regarding this or any additional updates prior to the year’s end, we’ll keep you posted.

It has been revealed that another racing title is accelerating onto the Switch 2 in the future. This time it’s Gear.Club Unlimited 3 and it’s expected to arrive at an unspecified time in “late 2025“.
This game will continue from the first two installments, which were made available on the eShop during the original Switch era. Aside from the teaser trailer above, Nacon has also disclosed some details about what you can anticipate:
Gear.Club Unlimited 3: Arcade Enjoyment for Everyone – “Engineered for accessible fun and gameplay, Gear.Club Unlimited 3 returns with a more comprehensive formula. This latest edition includes two diverse environments: the sunny Mediterranean shoreline and the winding, mountainous paths of Japan. A brand-new “Highway” mode tests players with heavy traffic and high-velocity moments. Featuring over 40 officially licensed vehicles and a full career mode, this game delivers immediate driving enjoyment for all types of players.”
As mentioned, this fresh entry will encompass “diverse environments” from the sunny Mediterranean coastline to the winding, mountainous roads of Japan. We’ve also gathered some “work-in-progress” screenshots (via Gematsu):
