Every object in Peak has a significant role. Some serve as crucial survival gear, assisting with injuries or keeping your stomach satisfied to enable prolonged climbing. Others can endanger an entire venture in a heartbeat. Depending on your teammates, the latter may pose risks—there’s always that one participant who will not hesitate to craft a TikTok-viral moment.
Here’s the secret with items in Peak: While the game indicates its title, it doesn’t clarify what an item actually does. Some are fairly straightforward to infer from their appearance alone, but more frequently, you should be cautious about utilizing something to evade penalties or negatively impacting the expedition unintentionally. Don’t worry, however—if you’re curious about what items like the book of bones or the shroomberries do, the list below contains all items in Peak and their functions, providing you with a handy reference to clear any uncertainties in the group chat.

Peak Items Inventory and Their Functions
The inventory includes every item up to the Roots update of Peak, which was officially launched on November 5.
