“Gamers can proceed to engage without disruptions”

Over a year subsequent to Krafton’s initial announcement regarding its acquisition of Hi-Fi RUSH and its creator from Microsoft, the group has elaborated on the current developments as the publishing of its vibrant musical journey shifts to the PUBG developer.

In summary, as of November 14th, Hi-Fi RUSH will be distributed by Krafton – and the game’s store listings should begin to display that shortly. Following this, on December 4th, an update will launch that alters several in-game features as well; including splash screens, loading graphics, and similar elements.

The support team has elaborated further on these modifications in a digital blog entry, should you wish to familiarize yourself with the specifics of what’s modifying, effective today. In a subsequent FAQ (provided by Gematsu), Krafton affirmed that Hi-Fi RUSH will continue to be available on Xbox Game Pass, and that gameplay through Microsoft’s subscription service will persist “without disruptions”.

“Players who possess the game via Game Pass can maintain their play without disruptions. Nonetheless, you may encounter an error notification when trying to connect to Bethesda.net from within the game.”

This is encouraging news for the prospects of Hi-Fi RUSH, we suppose – although Krafton’s recent actions don’t exactly inspire confidence for the IP’s future. Quite recently, the Korean game developer indicated it was investing in becoming an “AI-centric company” – and just this week, we are receiving reports stating that the business has rolled out a voluntary resignation initiative due to (or partially due to) this transition. Hi-Fi RUSH is certainly experiencing an unpredictable existence, isn’t it?
