By Preorders for Resident Evil Requiem are commencing to become available at prominent retailers, and several impressive physical editions along with themed first-party accessories are in development for the survival horror title, set to release on February 27, 2026. Requiem will feature a $90 Deluxe Steelbook Edition for PS5, Xbox, Switch 2, and PC. Priced at $70 for the standard base game, the Amazon Exclusive Edition comes with a double-sided poster.
Owners of the Nintendo Switch 2 can also obtain Requiem, Resident Evil 7, and Resident Evil Village in a bundle called Resident Evil Generation Pack for $90. Village and RE7–along with their DLC packs–will be available on Switch 2 on the same day as Requiem. Switch 2 users will enjoy all three games with a special-edition Resident Evil Switch 2 Pro Controller. Unless Nintendo astonishes us prior to February, Resident Evil Requiem will mark the first themed Switch 2 Pro Controller. The Pro Controller will be accessible on the launch day, followed by a Grace Ashcroft Amiibo next summer.
Resident Evil Requiem Preorder Incentives
The Amazon Exclusive Edition features the double-sided poster displayed above, showcasing key art and title on one side and a scenic screenshot on the reverse. GameStop is offering an exclusive tote bag, but you must collect your preorder on launch day (expectedly at midnight).

Resident Evil Requiem

Resident Evil Requiem’s $70 physical edition is set to arrive on PS5, Xbox Series X, and Nintendo Switch 2. The Amazon Exclusive Edition can be preordered on both platforms. GameStop is also processing preorders for PlayStation 5 and Xbox, while Best Buy has opened preorders for all three console platforms.
Resident Evil Requiem Deluxe Steelbook Edition

The $90 Deluxe Edition is available for PS5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC (Steam code). It includes a limited-edition steelbook case depicting a firearm on the front and a clipping from a Raccoon City newspaper on the reverse. Additionally, a limited-edition lenticular card showcasing the game’s main art and the police station will be included. In addition to the physical items, the Deluxe Edition comprises various digital enhancements.

Resident Evil Generation Pack for Switch 2

The Resident Evil Generation Pack seems to be exclusive to Nintendo Switch 2 in the United States. In Japan, it will be launched on Switch 2 and PS5. This is a limited edition that will also be available digitally but only until March 31, 2026.
The Generation Pack includes Requiem, Resident Evil Village Gold Edition, and Resident 7 Biohazard Gold Edition. All three titles are Game-Key Cards on Switch 2 and will come in their respective standard cases. Additionally, the Generation Pack features an oversized display box decorated with the Resident Evil 30th Anniversary emblem on the side. The front of the display box bears “Resident Evil Generation Pack” on what resembles a gravestone.
