Update []:
It appears that Tomb Raider: Anniversary has encountered a last-minute hiccup – or Sony wishes to space out its PS Plus Premium arrivals as much as feasible.
The title – which was not highlighted in the platform holder’s PS Blog article but did have a release date of 21st October noted on the PS Store – now indicates a release on 18th November, potentially placing it in the lineup for next month’s PS Plus Premium.

Of course, there’s always the chance that the date may shift again, but we anticipate it will achieve its adjusted launch next month.
Original Story: We are aware that Tomb Raider: Anniversary will be integrated into PS Plus Premium eventually, as Sony already confirmed that during a recent State of Play.
However, there’s perplexity stemming from the highly-reliable rumor source billbil-kun, who claimed it would be part of next week’s update, planned for 21st October.
Ultimately, it wasn’t featured in the formal PS Blog announcement article, but fans have observed that the PS2 classic has a PS Store release date set for 21st October for both PS5 and PS4.

One hypothesis is that the original Tomb Raider title will commemorate its 29th anniversary next week, thus the announcement may be reserved for Embracer to disclose. Possible, we suppose.
We’ll be monitoring the PS Blog for any updates, or if the release date shown on the title’s PS Store page vanishes unexpectedly. We’ll also conduct further inquiries and keep you informed if we discover anything additional.
