Welcome to another weekend! It’s going to be an eventful one here at Pure Xbox headquarters as we dive into Battlefield 6 and a plethora of other Xbox-related delights – we’re eagerly anticipating some gaming time over the upcoming days, to put it mildly!
Here’s what we’re engaging with this weekend:

As I just hinted at earlier – Battlefield 6 is my main focus this weekend. I’m eager to get involved in some public matches before providing my review assessment, so wrapping up the campaign and exploring multiplayer thoroughly is on my agenda over the next few days.
Aside from powerful sniper rifles and collapsing structures, I must confess that my partner has become thoroughly captivated by Supermarket Simulator on Xbox Game Pass – and it’s coaxing me into trying it too. Even if I don’t go hands-on with that one this weekend, I’ll definitely be absorbing plenty of it – she is absolutely loving supermarket simming on my Series X right now!

Most of my gaming hours this weekend will be dedicated to something I can’t disclose at the moment. Let’s just brush past that, shall we? The other title on my list is LEGO Party, which I’ve been enjoying somewhat with my wife over the last couple of weeks – it’s not Mario Party, but it’s nice to see a fresh perspective on the formula.
Honestly, I’m dabbling in various titles currently that might catch my attention – Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, South of Midnight, DOOM: The Dark Ages, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, and many more. I’ve finally given Shadow of the Tomb Raider a shot as well (didn’t really enjoy Rise), and I’m genuinely enjoying it after a few hours.
