Pokémon Legends: Z-A is launching on the Switch and Switch 2 next week, and it seems the latest installment is already being scrutinized for data.

As reported by IGN, there’s indication of “preliminary copies leaking into circulation”, which has allegedly triggered information about the game to surface online. Without diving into details, there’s “buzz about even more new Mega Pokémon”. This might not come as a shock, given that The Pokémon Company has already disclosed several new Mega Evolutions.

Numerous websites are also revealing information from the game, which are now appearing on social media channels, subreddits, and other online community forums. To clarify, we won’t be disclosing any major spoilers regarding Pokémon Legends: Z-A prior to the release on 16th October.

Regrettably, this isn’t the first occasion that Pokémon games (or Switch titles) have been examined or leaked before the official release date. This has previously occurred with a significant number of anticipated Switch launches over the years, including Pokémon Legends: Arceus and Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.

Therefore, if you’re intending to revisit Lumiose City next week and desire a journey without spoilers, you might want to tread carefully from here on when accessing social media, any Pokémon or gaming-related forums, and video sharing sites.

If we receive any notable updates concerning this matter, we will inform you.
