Assassin's Creed Shadows Patch 1.1.1

Assassin’s Creed Shadows is getting another meaty update that prepares the game for its Claws of Awaji expansion.

Patch 1.1.1 launches tomorrow — that’s the 11th September, at the time of writing — while the aforementioned expansion drops next week, on the 16th September.

The update comes packed with a bunch of welcome additions, including an increase to the level cap (all the way to 100!), the ability to skip time by meditating, and the option of upgrading your equipment to an even higher quality.

What’s more, a new story quest is being deployed on the 16th, alongside Claws of Awaji. You won’t need the DLC to access it, and you’ll be rewarded with a Bo staff for Naoe. The new weapon type was previously exclusive to the expansion, but all players will be able to try it out next week.

Assassin’s Creed Shadows Update 1.1.1 Patch Notes

A little too much, some might say.
