Lovers of coin-op circuit racers have a fresh spectacle to anticipate before the year ends, as GameMill Entertainment confirms Fast & Furious: Arcade Edition will land on Switch—and several other systems—on 24th October, 2025.

Those sensing a Cruis’n Blast flavor aren’t mistaken; studio Raw Thrills handled the original arcade cabinet that first rolled out in 2022. Meanwhile, Cradle Games—who co-piloted the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Arcade: Wrath of the Mutants conversion—is stepping in to steer this console adaptation.

Below is a concise preview of what awaits:

“Feel the rush in Fast & Furious Arcade attract mode! The footage captures high-velocity showdowns and immersive cabinet-flavored gameplay that arcade devotees won’t want to miss. Watch as we plunge into pulse-pounding action, barreling through legendary locales behind the wheels of muscle-bound machines in the definitive coin-op thrill ride.”

When Raw Thrills shipped Cruis’n Blast to Switch back in 2021, we labeled it an outrageously fun throwback and slapped an eight-out-of-ten verdict on it.

Mirroring that release, Fast & Furious: Arcade Edition packs authentic rides and cinematic set-pieces. As both the press statement and accompanying trailer confirm, you can expect local split-screen competition.

Burn rubber in legends like the Dodge Charger, Corvette Z06, Shelby GT500 KR, Ford GT, Bronco DR and Jeep Wrangler—then repaint them in custom liveries.

Tear through every track from the original coin-op alone or side-by-side with a friend, smashing destructible scenery, choosing branching routes, and exploiting secret shortcuts that reward risk-happy daredevils. High-stakes missions push the stakes even higher—whether it’s intercepting a missile amid the Swiss Alps or forcing a jet to land on the neon streets of Hong Kong.

The media kit also flashes a European boxed Switch version—but be aware it’s merely a case with a digital voucher tucked inside.
