I’ve got my eyes on Grand Bazaar, yet I’ll hold off pending broader verdicts. Likewise, I’m oddly eager to skip Drag x Drive at launch.
Madden 26 and Kirby are already on pre-order. Drag X Drive is on the maybe list, just not day-one.
can’t wait to finally pick up kirby and the forgotten land on Switch 2 because i missed it the first time round! might give the drag x drive trial a spin too. wishing everyone a fun august 😸
Shinobi and… actually, that’s the lot.
The new Kirby DLC feels a bit unimaginative—too much reuse for my taste. Shantae remains the guaranteed day-one buy though; I keep picking every entry up praying it can rival Pirate Curse’s magic, but so far none have measured up.
I still haven’t dipped into Forgotten Land and really want to, but eighty bucks feels steep. I could track down a pre-owned Switch 1 cartridge and take the upgrade route, though I’m still on the fence. The title seems enjoyable—yet Kirby entries are often bite-sized and low on challenge.
Beyond that, Shantae’s locked in for August, while Grand Bazaar and Shinobi are queued up for later.
Selected Apex since it’s the lone release here that I may touch. My backlog’s already bloated; I’m fine waiting.
Great spread of choices! With my scarce free hours, the sole game I envision touching is the Kirby Switch 2 version, assuming I actually pick up the new console—hence my poll vote.
Realize it’s niche, but shouldn’t Super Robot Wars Y get some shine? It marks the first official English console release—no more importing Asian versions.
Shantae is a lock for launch day. Kirby waits until I wrap up Bananza.
Kirby and Shantae for top-tier co-op and platform action.
Kirby feels like a steal with the bonus DLC onboard; double-dipping on Switch 2 and fully hyped!
Might wait for discounts on Grand Bazaar and Shantae—nothing screaming “buy” on day one. Forgotten Land didn’t wow me enough to pay again.
