Electronic Arts has revealed a series of trial weekends for Battlefield 6 ahead of its October debut, giving shooter fans the chance to jump in early. This comprehensive manual gathers every detail you need, featuring every Battlefield 6 beta start window and an explanation of how to secure early entry.

Battlefield 6 Beta: Every Launch Moment

The upcoming beta unfolds across three separate phases; of these, two will welcome every player, invite or not. Pre-Download kicks off on 4 August, and sessions will run on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC storefronts (Steam, Epic Games Store, and EA App).

Battlefield 6 Beta: How to Unlock Early Access

Update (1 August 13:00 BST):

Now that the Battlefield 6 reveal broadcast is over, no additional Twitch Drops can grant early-access keys. If you missed the Battlefield Labs pass before the announcement, you’ll need to hold on until the first open weekend on 9 August, unless EA tosses extra codes in the coming days.

To obtain an early-access voucher for the Battlefield 6 beta you must have either enrolled in Battlefield Labs earlier or secured a drop by watching partnered streams. Thus, your avenues were:

• Anyone who signed up for pre-announcement Battlefield Labs sessions is automatically invited
• Tune into live Twitch broadcasts marked Battlefield 2025 to claim an invite via Twitch Drop

If you’re reading once the presentation ends and the drops expire, your sole remaining route is the two open weekends. The Phantom Edition does not carry an access code; unless EA hosts a giveaway, further early invites are unavailable.
