By PS Store troubles emerge once more

The availability of PS Plus Essential titles for July 2025 is now live, but not everything is accessible if you’re encountering an error page while attempting to download Diablo 4.
The three games have been available for merely over an hour in the UK and Europe, yet numerous complaints are surfacing regarding redemption failures, blocking PS Plus users from enjoying the title. The other two offerings, King of Fighters XV and Jusant, appear unaffected.
Reports from players indicate that their error notice states: “Not available for purchase. You already possess another version.” This is because they participated in the game’s beta test ahead of its official launch, so the PS Store considers that as a full copy and is preventing them from obtaining the actual game through PS Plus.

We tried downloading Diablo 4 through PS Plus and encountered the following error:
As with most bugs in the PS Plus service, this matter should be resolved within the next 24 hours. Nonetheless, it’s disheartening that you may not be able to start playing immediately, particularly after we suggested at least experiencing the campaign.
