Demon days
Set to release in just under a month, Raidou Remastered: The Mystery of the Soulless Army is advancing with additional comprehensive promotional content.
The fresh trailer for the game consists of nearly six minutes filled with gameplay insights, offering interested viewers a quite effective summary of the RPG. It highlights the title’s overall framework, which alternates between street-level investigative tasks and combat encounters with demonic foes. Classic Atlus.
As mentioned earlier, though, Raidou Remastered can be viewed as predominantly a remake. It includes a multitude of enhancements alongside a significant graphical renovation. Notably, the previously mentioned action combat system has undergone nearly a complete overhaul.
The original PS2 installment was quite niche even by Atlus’ traditional benchmarks, yet it’s apparent that both the developer and publisher SEGA are investing considerable resources into this revival. Here’s to hoping it attracts a brand new audience to the enchanting realm of Raidou Kuzunoha.

Robert (or Rob, if you’re feeling casual) serves as an assistant editor at Push Square, and he’s been an admirer of PlayStation since the 90s, when Tekken 2 introduced him to the remarkable world of gaming. He continues to take his fighting games seriously, but RPGs are his genuine passion. The Witcher, Persona, Dragon Quest, Mass Effect, Final Fantasy, Trails, Tales — he’s experienced them all. Perhaps a bit too much, some might argue.
