DOOM: The Dark Ages Is Locking A Timed Exclusive Skin Behind A Pizza

Fancy getting a timed exclusive DOOM: The Dark Ages skin with your pizza this month? That’s exactly what Prince St. Pizza is giving away from May 12th to June 15th at every location in the US (and Toronto, Canada).

Specifically, those who buy a certain pizza from Prince St. Pizza will receive a Ranger DOOM Slayer Skin and a free one-month trial of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate (for new subscribers only). You’ll get a cool limited edition box as well.

Here’s a look at the box (ignore the custom console and controller!) along with the timed exclusive skin:

The pizza that you’ll need to buy is called the “Hellfire Pepperoni”, and it’s described as the following:

“Forged with smoked mozzarella, Prince St.’s iconic spicy marinara, pepperoni, fresh habaneros, and a fiery drizzle of hot honey, this pizza is made to satisfy even the most battle-hardened appetite.”

So, yeah! Technically, if you want the full DOOM: The Dark Ages experience at launch, you’ll want to grab a Hellfire Pepperoni before you sit down to destroy some demons on Xbox Series X and S (or PC / PS5) this week.

Don’t worry too much if you aren’t eligible though, as we’re assuming this skin will become available at some point from June 15th onwards, either as DLC or as part of a “Definitive Edition” somewhere down the line.

Of all the ways to implement a timed exclusive, locking one behind a pizza is definitely an interesting choice!
