The forthcoming Battlefield installment is under active development, and DICE has announced plans to broaden its playtesting initiative soon. Battlefield Labs, DICE’s project aimed at engaging players during the preliminary stages of multiplayer mode development, will be inviting an increased number of individuals to participate in testing throughout May.
DICE shared a post on X outlining the progress of Battlefield Labs to date, emphasizing that contributions from participants have significantly aided the developer in enhancing stability and balance across numerous game elements. Notably, DICE will soon introduce fresh waves of testers to this ongoing project, beginning with potential participants in North America and Europe, followed by expansion to Asia. Battlefield Labs opened to the public in March with a minimal number of playtesters, suggesting that this will lead to a considerable increase in the player base engaged with the game.
