It’s been yet another exciting week for Xbox Game Pass!

Our first weekend of May 2025 has arrived! If you’re in the UK, you might be enjoying an extended Bank Holiday weekend, providing even more time for gaming… right? That’s what we thought!
In any case, here’s what we’re diving into this weekend:

To start, I plan to immerse myself back into Far Cry 4 this weekend. With its addition to Xbox Game Pass, Ubisoft has upgraded the game to run natively at 60FPS – I’m eager to see how it all looks in 2025. This is one of the finest Far Cry games out there; I just know it’s going to be a great time regardless of what I get into in its vast open world.
Besides that, I might follow the Game Pass trend and replay the Modern Warfare 2 campaign this weekend – after all, I just went through the hassle of reinstalling it this week! Thankfully, the campaign mode is far more enjoyable than the Xbox installation experience – I highly recommend it if you’re after some quick and exciting FPS action this weekend!
Have a fantastic one, everyone.

What to play, what to play. Well, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 is likely to keep my interest over the next few weeks, so I might not venture into other titles. However, I’m eager to explore the latest Star Wars Fortnite update and see if I can obtain the Darth Jar Jar skin… although that might involve quite a grind!
There’s another title I’m currently playing that I can’t disclose yet, but I’m definitely looking forward to sharing my thoughts on it later this month. Additionally, I’ve been using my Xbox Riffmaster to enjoy YARG on PC with custom tracks, and if you’ve acquired one of these guitars, I highly suggest you do the same! It surpasses Rock Band 4.
Wishing you all a wonderful weekend.
