By Hello Kitty Island Adventure has just released its newest seasonal content update—the Fruitful Friendship variant—now accessible on Apple Arcade.
Commencing on April 18, gamers can team up with Kitty White, Kuromi, My Melody, and other members of the Sanrio cast in the Imagination Celebration, a limited-time medieval-themed event brimming with princess attire, suits of armor, wizarding robes, and regal furniture. Gamers must assist Hello Kitty and her friends in gathering Mystic Stones to restore the enchantment of the Kingdom of Friendship. The Imagination Celebration event wraps up on May 22.
Yet, the Fruitful Friendship update has a lot more to offer. It also introduces a new feature where players assist Keroppi in cultivating and caring for an orchard atop City Town’s rooftops, enabling the growth of 13 new fruit varieties. These fresh fruits can then be utilized to create novel types of Fruit Sandos at the Imagination Cafe.
Additionally, the update brings a newcomer to City Town and new visitor quests. Players can help dress up a cabin to host Retsuko’s new companion, Puko, along with new missions for existing City Town visitors.
Finally, Fruitful Friendship is rolling out several player-requested enhancements, including a map to aid navigation through City Town’s Sewers and an upgraded tool wheel.
Furthermore, more seasonal content is forthcoming, as confirmed by the developer Sunblink Entertainment, who advised players to “prepare for an egg-cellent island takeover featuring a classic Sanrio character.” The developer also mentioned that “Players can anticipate an exciting content update arriving soon.”
Hello Kitty Island Adventure is available for play on Apple Arcade, PC (via Steam), and Nintendo Switch.
