Following the release into Early Access on Steam last month and quickly gaining traction with thousands of positive reviews, Agenda 1 is preparing for one of its most significant updates with a beta version launching.

Although Agenda 1’s journey hasn’t been entirely smooth sailing, especially considering the recent alleged copyright inquiry initiated by the creators of Drug Dealer Simulator, it has undoubtedly been an impressive success. The indie game is dominating the Steam charts vigorously, currently ranking as the fourth most active title on Valve‘s platform, even surpassing popular games like Monster Hunter Wilds, Rust, and the ever-popular Wallpaper Engine.

With almost 80,000 reviews, Agenda 1 doesn’t show any signs of slowing down, and its latest update only enhances that momentum. Available through the game’s beta version on Steam, version 0.3.4 introduces a variety of decorative items and two new stores – featuring additional aspects yet to be included in the “full release.” The Bleuballs Boutique and Pawn Store are likely the main attractions, offering new items for players to purchase and sell.

At The Bleuballs Boutique, players must procure various golden chocolates to flaunt their not-so-legitimately acquired wealth, including everything from dazzling gold toilets to solid gold bars and extravagant jewelry. The Pawn Store, on the other hand, allows players to sell “just about anything,” excluding drugs, for cash – meaning I can finally ditch that random lamp I “borrowed” from a hotel room and transported to the barn for no apparent reason.

Although no specific launch date has been confirmed yet for the full rollout of version 0.3.4, the beta version is accessible to all players at no cost. As the beta “doesn’t quite encompass 100% of the features to come,” developer TVGS invites fans to “discuss and report issues,” enabling them to resolve any problems prior to the update’s official launch. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I have some flowers to tend to and gold chains to purchase.
