Watch Nintendo’s second Switch 2 Treehouse: Live presentation here
Nintendo is set to launch its second Treehouse: Live event, offering us a glimpse at some of the anticipated new games and upgrades arriving for Switch 2.
Today’s showcase, commencing at 3pm UK time, will feature Street Fighter 6 and Bravely Default
While the Switch 2 will also introduce new entries from beloved franchises, such as its launch-version of Mario Kart, earlier this week Nintendo confirmed it might actually be releasing special upgraded editions of classic Switch games featuring higher resolutions, improved frame rates, and more. This was something many had suspected, thanks to some small print found on the company’s Digital Game Cards website. In addition to Zelda: Breath of the Wild, several titles confirmed to receive an upgraded makeover on the Switch 2’s launch include Tears of the Kingdom, Kirby and the Forgotten Land, Super Mario Party Jamboree, Metroid Prime: Remastered, and Pokémon Legends Z-A. Immerse yourself in the sights and sounds of Korok Forest with The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Nintendo Switch 2 Version. These medals can be found in Zelda Notes, a new feature on the Nintendo app designed to help you engage even more with the games.
