Humble Need’s April line-up brings Xenomorphs, nautical terror, and tomb raiding
As March swiftly fades into the past while we accelerate toward 2025, Humble Choice has revealed its lineup for April. This month features a selection of legendary treasure hunting, some nautical dread, and even tactical gameplay inspired by Xenomorphs.
April’s selections are available to claim and retain right now—assuming you have a Humble Choice subscription, of course—and the first offer remains until Tuesday, May 6th. But before all that changes, here’s what you might expect to acquire:
- Tomb Raider 1-3 Remastered
- Dredge
- Alien: Dark Descent
- 1000XResist
- Nova Lands
- Diplomacy is Not an Option
- Faraway Worlds 2
- Nomad Survival
So there you have it! Tomb Raider 1-3 are undoubtedly timeless platform classics, and last year’s remaster offers an enjoyable way to experience them. Meanwhile, developer Black Salt Games’ Dredge—a peculiar blend of fishing and unsettling cosmic horror—serves as a delightful treat for those who appreciate such themes.
Alien: Dark Descent has its own following, transforming the iconic film series into a highly suspenseful top-down, real-time strategy game. Additionally, 1000XResist was described by Eurogamer as an “intense and personal narrative adventure” upon its release last year.
Further down the list, you’ll find real-time 4X strategy in Faraway Worlds 2, medieval fantasy defense in Diplomacy is Not an Option, and a bit of cheerful factory automation in Nova Lands. Lastly, for April, there’s Nomad Survival, categorized as an “auto-attacking, wave-clearing, time-based Roguelite”—essentially, it’s Vampire Survivors with a different twist.
As always, 5 percent of every Humble Choice subscription is contributed.
