New studio overseen by former Tower Studios CEO Jon Hare
Sporty Community has established a new video game development hub in the UK, led by former Tower Studios CEO and creative director Jon Hare.
Hare is guiding a group of 17 individuals who have been developing the Sociable Soccer series, which was acquired by Sporty Games last July.
The group is currently focusing on a yet-to-be-announced free-to-play soccer game that may launch later this year.
“Collaborating with Sporty Group to launch this new studio is an exhilarating step that ensures our future as a premier developer and publisher of sports games with a truly international reach,” stated Hare. “We have assembled this with a skilled and motivated team and are actively seeking new talent.”
