Last time, we explored the Pokémon Trading Card Game for the Game Boy Color, and the outcome was quite clear. The Western design triumphed with 69% of the votes, with several of you commenting that the Japanese cover did not even resemble something from the Pokémon universe. User Kienda remarked, “If someone showed me the Japanese cover out of context, I wouldn’t even guess it was a Pokémon game.” Indeed, a valid point!
This time, we’re heading back to the NES to discuss Ninja Gaiden III: The Ancient Ship of Doom. Released in 1991, it was well-received at the time due to its polished gameplay and challenging difficulty.
