Skullgirls Developer Steps Back and Takes a Stand Against Creator
By Hidden Variable, the Los Angeles-based creator of Skullgirls Cell, has released a statement indicating that the team is “no longer engaged in the production of Skullgirls Mobile, 2nd Encore, or any other projects associated with the Skullgirls franchise” as of January 21st and has commenced legal action against publisher Autumn Games.
Shared on social media outlets (thanks to Match Hubs), the announcement reveals that official documents have been submitted in LA and the team will refrain from making further remarks “until this matter is settled”.
