There is no shortage of options for the Envoy in Avowed, a game that focuses on variety and, especially in the trusted Obsidian Leisure style – yet which narrative many players may not uncover in a single playthrough. Coincidentally, there is one ending that has been viewed less frequently than others: Tyranny. To achieve this ending and its associated achievement, which only 0.2% of Steam users have attained, you will need to get your hands quite unclean.
Extremely unclean – to the point that all of the Avowed companions will disapprove of your Envoy by the end of their journey through the Living Lands. This path involves aligning with the brutal Steel Garrote and their malevolent leader, Inquisitor Lödwyn. Unfortunately, however, it is not that straightforward – you must pursue every Steel Garrote related choice right up until the conclusion, much to the dismay of your party members.
